I personally source the highest quality hardwoods I can find in manufacturing my boards. All woods are food safe, glue where used is food safe and waterproof and all boards are finished with a natural, food safe worktop oil.
All boards provided with recommended care instructions. Avoid leaving wet steel/iron items (knives/saucepans etc) on Oak for extended periods. This may react with the tannins in the wood and create black marks.
